Six Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) in Missouri have also adopted Complete Streets Policies as part of their long-range transportation planning documents and/or as specific standalone policies:
- The Greater St. Joseph Area MPO
- East West Gateway Coordinating Council (St. Louis area)
- Mid-America Regional Council (Kansas City area)
- Ozark Transportation Organization (Springfield area)
- CATSO (Columbia)
- CAMPO (Jefferson City)
